Section 01

About the Company

11 questions

How long have you been in business?
We have been painting homes and commercial properties in Dubai for many years, with a stable ownership team and the same crews returning to clients year after year.
What areas of Dubai do you serve?
We cover every major Dubai community — from Palm Jumeirah and Downtown to Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, Emirates Hills, Meydan, Town Square and beyond. If you are in Dubai, we come to you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold all required trade licenses, public liability insurance, and workers' compensation cover. Certificates are available on request before any project begins.
Who owns and manages the company?
A small, accountable management team oversees every project. Senior painters run personal quality inspections on projects above a certain size, with division heads holding more than fifteen years of painting experience each.
How many painters do you employ?
Our direct-hire team includes over thirty trained painters organised into residential, commercial and specialty crews. We do not use day-labour or last-minute subcontractors.
What paint brands do you use?
We use premium-grade paints from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Dulux Ultimate and Behr Marquee as standard. Builder-grade paints are never included unless a client specifically requests them.
Do you subcontract work to other crews?
No. Every painter who enters your property is a direct employee of our company, wearing our uniform, driving our branded vehicle, and accountable to our supervisor.
Do you have in-house color consultants?
Yes. Our lead color consultant has a design background and runs every color consultation personally. She will visit your home, assess your lighting, and recommend palettes on the spot.
What certifications does your team hold?
Our lead painters hold Dubai Municipality trade licenses, manufacturer training certificates (Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams), and specialty certifications for epoxy, decorative plaster and heritage wood refinishing.
How do I know I'll get the same team each time?
We intentionally assign a repeat client to the same lead painter and supervisor on subsequent projects so the relationship and the standard are preserved.
Are you approved by NAKHEEL, EMAAR and TRAKHEES?
Yes. We are on the registered contractor list for NAKHEEL communities (Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Park, The Gardens), EMAAR developments (Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches, Emirates Living) and TRAKHEES-regulated areas (Dubai Ports, Jebel Ali, DWC). Every permit, NOC and method statement is filed by us before day one.

Section 02

Why Choose Us

11 questions

Why are you not the cheapest painters in Dubai?
Because the cheapest painters cut corners that you will see in eight months — thin prep, diluted paint, no protection, no follow-up. Our pricing reflects two coats, full surface prep, premium paint and a warranty. It costs more up front and half as much over ten years.
What makes your workmanship guarantee different?
Our workmanship guarantee is included on every project in writing, not verbally. If the finish fails, peels or streaks within the guarantee period, we return and fix it at no cost — no paperwork, no deductible, no arguments.
How do you protect furniture and floors during a project?
Drop cloths on every floor surface, plastic sheeting over furniture, low-tack tape on every edge, and specialised protection around kitchens, bathrooms and wooden flooring. No newspaper, no bed sheets.
Do you offer color consultations?
Yes. Every booking includes an in-home color consultation with our design consultant — she brings paint decks, large samples, and an understanding of how Dubai light changes color throughout the day.
What happens if I don't like the color after it's painted?
If we painted the color you signed off on and you change your mind, we offer a discounted repaint. If we painted the wrong color from the agreed palette, we repaint at no charge — no arguments.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Yes, especially for commercial projects. Many of our office and retail jobs run Saturday–Sunday or after 6 PM on weekdays. Evening residential work is also available at no premium.
Can you beat another painter's written quote?
We will not pretend to match a quote that is cheaper because it cuts prep, coats or paint quality. If you share a competitor quote, we will show you line by line what is different, and you can decide.
What is your typical lead time for booking?
Standard residential projects are scheduled within 7 to 10 days. Urgent move-in or move-out work can usually be slotted within 48 hours. Large commercial projects are planned 3 to 6 weeks ahead.
How do you handle children and pets during a project?
We use low-VOC paints as standard, isolate work areas with plastic sheeting, and schedule high-odour steps for times when the family is out. We are dog-friendly and cat-friendly — just tell us names and personalities.
Do you offer any kind of warranty beyond the workmanship?
Yes — the paint manufacturer warranty passes directly to you. Most premium paints we use carry a ten-year manufacturer warranty against fade, peel and blister.
Do you manage NAKHEEL, EMAAR and TRAKHEES approvals on our behalf?
Yes — seamlessly. We prepare contractor registration, NOCs, work permits, insurance certificates and HSE submissions for NAKHEEL (Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Islands, The Gardens), EMAAR (Downtown, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Emirates Living) and TRAKHEES (Jebel Ali, DWC, Dragon Mart). You sign once — we handle every form, follow-up and approval with the developer and community management team.

Section 03

All Services

10 questions

How many different services do you offer?
We offer twenty painting services across three categories — Residential, Commercial and Specialty — and every service is delivered by the same accountable team.
Can I bundle multiple services into one quote?
Yes. Many clients combine interior painting, exterior, and cabinet refinishing into a single quote — it is simpler, cheaper, and gives you a single project manager.
Do you offer package discounts?
Yes. Combining two or more services typically earns a 5–10% bundle discount, which is shown transparently on your written quote.
What is the difference between residential and commercial painting?
Residential is about lived-in spaces — family homes, apartments, villas. Commercial is about occupied businesses — offices, shops, warehouses — where scheduling and disruption matter as much as the paint itself.
Which services are most commonly booked together?
Interior + cabinet refinishing is very popular for kitchen renovations. Exterior + garden fence + pergola refinishing is common for villa owners. Office painting + epoxy flooring is a frequent commercial pairing.
Can you paint an entire home in one visit?
Yes. Whole-villa repaints are a routine part of our work — we typically plan them room-by-room over 5 to 10 days so you can still live in half the home while the other half is painted.
Do you handle interior only or exterior too?
Both. Our exterior work covers stucco, brick, timber and metal facades, with Dubai-sun-rated coatings. Many clients book exterior every 4 to 6 years to extend the life of their property.
What services do you NOT offer?
We do not do: structural repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tiling, or general handyman work. We refer out to vetted specialists for anything outside painting and coatings.
Is there a minimum project size?
Our minimum is a half-day booking (roughly a single room). Smaller jobs can still be accommodated but are bundled into our next nearby project so the cost works for both sides.
Can you provide references for each service type?
Yes. On request our consultant will arrange a short call or WhatsApp exchange with a recent client who booked the same service type you are considering.

Section 04

Residential Painting

10 questions

How long does it take to paint a 2-bedroom apartment?
Typically 2 to 3 days from arrival to final walkthrough — prep day, paint day, and clean-up / touch-up day.
Can I live in the home while you paint?
Absolutely. We phase the work room-by-room, use low-VOC paint, and keep the non-working areas clean and accessible at all times.
What if I have young children or pets?
We use child- and pet-safe low-VOC paints as default. We also isolate work rooms with proper plastic sheeting so curious kids and cats stay out of wet paint.
Do you paint cabinets and woodwork?
Yes — kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, built-in wardrobes, internal doors, skirtings and crown moulding are all within our residential scope.
Can you do accent walls or decorative finishes?
Yes. Accent walls are included at no extra cost. Venetian plaster, metallic, lime wash and textured finishes are priced separately and delivered by our specialty team.
How do you handle high ceilings and hard-to-reach areas?
Our residential crew carries telescopic poles, mobile scaffolding and ladders rated for heights up to 6 metres. Anything higher we rope-access with a certified subcontractor.
What is the best time of year to paint interiors in Dubai?
Interiors can be painted any month — climate-controlled spaces are stable year-round. For exteriors, October through April gives the best drying conditions.
Do you help with color selection?
Yes. Our in-house color consultant visits and brings large-format samples so you can see how the color reads in your own Dubai light.
How do I prepare my rooms before you arrive?
Clear small personal items from shelves and dressing tables. Everything else — furniture, curtains, pictures — can stay. We protect or carefully move it ourselves.
What is your clean-up process?
At the end of every day we vacuum, wipe down surfaces, remove all tape and sheeting from work areas, and take our waste with us. You should never find paint flecks or debris after we leave.

Section 05

Commercial Painting

10 questions

Do you work outside business hours?
Yes — most commercial projects run evenings, nights and weekends so your trading hours are not affected.
Can you minimize disruption to operations?
Yes. We phase work zone-by-zone, seal off areas with proper dust containment, and keep the rest of the space operational. We have painted working hotels and restaurants without closing.
Do you have a minimum commercial project size?
No absolute minimum, but commercial pricing is most favourable above 100 sqm. Small shop repaints and touch-ups can still be handled under our maintenance contracts.
Can you paint occupied office spaces?
Yes. We work around meeting rooms, trading floors and shift patterns. Clients frequently schedule painting on long weekends so desks are ready by Monday.
What commercial paint brands do you use?
We default to Sherwin-Williams ProIndustrial and Benjamin Moore Scuff-X for commercial interiors — both are designed for high-traffic durability. Exterior uses Dulux Weathershield or Jotun Jotashield.
Can you paint shopping malls and retail storefronts?
Yes. We have an approved contractor file with several major Dubai mall operators and can work inside their out-of-hours schedule and security protocols.
Do you handle high-rise commercial exteriors?
Yes — we subcontract rope-access and BMU operations to DAC-approved height-work specialists and manage the full project end-to-end so you have one contract, not two.
Are your painters background-checked?
Every team member holds a valid Emirates ID and trade license. For schools, childcare and healthcare projects we provide police clearance certificates on request before any work begins.
Can you coordinate with building management?
Yes. Our commercial supervisor takes the building manager / FM's contact details and submits permits, NOCs and method statements before day one of the project.
Do you provide written work schedules in advance?
Yes. Every commercial project comes with a written method statement, risk assessment, day-by-day work plan and a single point of contact you can call 24/7 during the project.

Section 06

Specialty Services

10 questions

What is epoxy flooring and what is it for?
Epoxy is a chemical-resistant, seamless flooring system applied in liquid form that cures to a glass-hard finish. It is used in garages, warehouses, showrooms, hospitals and high-end interiors.
How durable is epoxy flooring?
Commercial-grade epoxy lasts 10 to 20 years under normal loads, 5 to 10 years under heavy industrial traffic. It resists oil, chemicals, impact and moisture far better than paint or tile.
Can you paint wood furniture for outdoor use?
Yes — pergolas, gazebos, garden furniture, wooden fences and decking. We use marine-grade oils and UV-stable coatings rated for Dubai sun and humidity.
Do decorative finishes require special preparation?
Yes. Venetian plaster, lime wash and metallic finishes all require a perfectly smooth and primed base. Our specialty team handles the full prep so the finish sits right.
How long do specialty finishes take to cure?
Epoxy is walkable in 24 hours, fully cured in 7 days. Decorative plaster is touch-dry in 24 hours, fully cured in 14 to 28 days. We guide you through each timeline on your project.
What is the warranty on specialty coatings?
Epoxy floors carry a manufacturer warranty of 5 to 10 years depending on system. Decorative plaster and wood finishes carry our workmanship guarantee plus the manufacturer's coverage.
Can you match an existing decorative finish?
Yes — we will take a sample or photo, run test patches in our workshop, and deliver a finish that matches your existing surface as closely as materials allow.
Do you do metallic epoxy floors?
Yes. Metallic pigmented epoxy systems for showrooms, luxury residences and retail spaces are one of our most-booked specialty products.
Do you refinish parquet or hardwood floors?
Yes — we sand, stain and polyurethane parquet, engineered wood and solid hardwood floors. We do not replace planks, but we restore existing floors to nearly-new condition.
What is the price range for specialty work?
Epoxy starts around AED 80 per sqm and can reach AED 400+ per sqm for metallic systems. Decorative plaster ranges AED 150 – 400 per sqm depending on technique and depth.

Section 07

Individual Service Details

10 questions

What is included in this service?
Color consultation, complete surface preparation, premium paint, professional application, full floor and furniture protection, daily clean-up, and a final walkthrough. Everything is itemised in your written quote.
How long will the job take?
A typical single-room interior job takes one day. A two-bedroom apartment typically takes 2 to 3 days. A full villa interior is 5 to 10 days depending on scope. Your quote will include a firm timeline.
Do I need to prepare my space before you arrive?
We would ask you to remove small breakables and personal items from shelves. Everything else — furniture, curtains, pictures — can be left and we will protect or move it ourselves.
What paint brand will you use?
We default to Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Dulux Ultimate or Behr Marquee. You can specify a brand on your quote — we will match pricing if it is within the premium tier.
What is your warranty on this service?
Every completed project carries our written workmanship guarantee for a defined period after handover — we return and fix any peeling, streaking or craftsmanship issue at no charge.
Can I stay in the house while you work?
Yes. We work in phased rooms so you always have a clean, quiet area to use. Low-VOC paints are used as standard so there are no strong odours.
What if I don't like the color after it's applied?
If it matches the color you signed off on, we offer a discounted repaint. If it does not match the agreed sample, we repaint — no arguments.
How soon after painting can I use the room normally?
Touch-dry is usually 1 to 2 hours. Walls can be lightly used within 24 hours. Fully cured (hard-wearing) is 7 to 14 days — we will tell you when each surface is ready.
Do you move furniture for me?
Yes — at no charge, within reason. Very heavy or delicate items (pianos, antiques, marble-top tables) we will protect in place rather than move.
Can I see examples of similar work you've done?
Yes. On your in-home visit our consultant will show you a portfolio of similar projects, and on request we can arrange a short call with a recent client in your area.

Section 08

Service Areas & Community Access

12 questions

Do you charge extra for working in this community?
No. Our pricing is the same across every Dubai community we serve — Palm Jumeirah or Town Square, the per-square-foot rate is identical.
Are there building access rules I should know about?
Most Dubai towers require registered contractor entry, work permits for major jobs, and designated service lifts. We handle all paperwork with your building management on your behalf.
Can you work with the building's security and concierge?
Yes — we have existing approved-contractor status with most major Dubai buildings. If yours is new to us, our supervisor liaises with security before day one.
How do you handle parking and access?
Our vehicles carry visitor permits when required. We coordinate unloading windows so we are not blocking a driveway or lift lobby during peak hours.
Do you have approved-contractor status in major Dubai buildings?
Yes — most towers in Downtown, Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and Business Bay already have us on file as an approved contractor. Ask us about yours.
What is your typical response time to this area?
Our estimators typically visit within 24 hours of your call. Emergency response (water damage, move-out deadlines) can be within 4 hours.
Can you paint in high-rise apartments?
Yes — we work regularly in apartments up to the highest floors. Exterior work above ground floor requires a separate rope-access or BMU arrangement which we coordinate if needed.
What are the restrictions on working hours in residential towers?
Most towers restrict loud or odour-producing work to 8 AM – 6 PM on weekdays. We respect every building's rules, and our low-odour approach means most painting is permitted even at weekends.
Do you work in villa communities with strict bylaws?
Yes — Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate and Jumeirah Islands all have specific bylaws. We submit NOCs and comply fully before starting.
Do you serve free-zone and industrial areas?
Yes — JAFZA, DMCC, DIFC, Dubai Media City and Dubai Industrial City are all covered. Warehouse and factory painting is a specific expertise of our commercial crew.
Do you handle NAKHEEL and EMAAR community approvals?
Yes. We prepare and submit all required paperwork — contractor registration, work permits, insurance certificates and NOCs — to NAKHEEL Community Management, EMAAR Community Management, or the relevant sub-community association before scheduling any work.
How do you work within strict community bylaws?
We review each community's contractor handbook before quoting, follow working-hour rules (typically 8 AM – 6 PM on weekdays, no Fridays in some communities), use community-approved waste disposal routes and never leave a worksite uncovered overnight.

Section 09

Booking, Pricing & Contact

10 questions

How do I get a quote?
Fill out the contact form, call us, or WhatsApp a few photos of your space. We will arrange an in-home assessment within 24 hours and follow up with a fixed written quote.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Every project starts with an in-home consultation — we visit, measure, discuss colors, and answer every question before you receive a written quote.
What areas do you serve?
We cover every major community in Dubai, from Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Dubai to Arabian Ranches, Meydan, Dubai Hills Estate, Town Square and Tilal Al Ghaf. Contact us to confirm your specific area.
How quickly can you start my project?
Standard projects start within 7 to 10 days of sign-off. Urgent requests (e.g. Airbnb turnarounds, move-in painting) can often begin within 48 hours.
What information should I have ready for my quote call?
Approximate square footage, number of rooms to be painted, whether exterior or interior, any surface issues you are already aware of, and your preferred timeline. Photos help but are not required.
Do you charge for cancellations?
No charge if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations inside 48 hours incur a small rescheduling fee because we have already blocked the crew and purchased materials.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cash, and major credit and debit cards. For recurring clients we also offer invoicing on 30-day payment terms.
Do you require a deposit?
For residential projects above AED 5,000 we typically request a 30% deposit on sign-off. For smaller projects, full payment on completion is fine. Commercial and AMC clients are billed on agreed terms.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes — with at least 24 hours notice we can usually move an appointment at no cost. We try to keep the same lead painter on your rescheduled slot.
How is my personal information stored?
Contact and project details are stored in our secure customer management system, never sold or shared with third parties, and deleted on request. See our privacy policy for the full detail.

We publish one in-depth article every 2 to 3 weeks. All articles are written by painters or our design consultant — never outsourced to content mills.
Can I submit a topic suggestion?
Yes — email us with a question you'd like answered and we'll likely turn it into an article. Many of our most-read posts came from client questions.
Are the articles written by painters or marketers?
By painters, our design consultant, and our founder — everyone who writes has done the work. We do not use AI or outsourced writers.
Do you offer downloadable guides?
Yes. Several of our articles have a downloadable companion PDF — the color selection guide, the exterior-painting checklist and the pre-painting preparation checklist are the most popular.
Can I reprint your articles with credit?
Short excerpts with a backlink are welcome. Full republication requires permission — email us and in most cases we'll say yes.
Do you cover DIY painting topics?
Yes. We write honestly about when DIY makes sense and when it does not. We would rather you do it right than hire us for the wrong reason.
Do you have a monthly newsletter?
Yes. One email per month — new articles, seasonal tips, and occasional promotions. Zero spam, one-click unsubscribe.
