These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dubai Painting Services website and any painting services you book with us ("Services"). By requesting a quote, accepting a quote, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book our Services.

1. Who We Are

Dubai Painting Services — Premium Residential & Commercial Painters ("we", "us", "our") is a Dubai-based professional painting company licensed to trade in the United Arab Emirates. 2. Definitions

"Client" — you, the person or entity booking Services from us.
"Quote" — the written, fixed-price estimate we provide for a specific project.
"Project" — the painting work described in an accepted Quote.
"Property" — the location at which the Project will be performed.
"Site Visit" — our in-person visit to assess the Property before producing a Quote.

3. Services We Offer

We provide residential, commercial and specialty painting and coating services as described on our website. We reserve the right to decline a project if, on inspection, we determine the Property is unsafe, the scope is beyond our expertise, or the requested method violates building regulations or manufacturer specifications.

4. Quotes & Pricing

All Quotes are, written and valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
Quotes are fixed price on the stated scope. If the scope changes during the Project (for example you add a room, or we uncover concealed damage requiring repair), we will issue a written variation before proceeding with the extra work.
Quotes include all labour, premium paint, standard materials, floor and furniture protection, clean-up and project management unless explicitly excluded.
Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate on the final invoice.
We do not charge hidden fees and we do not upsell on-site. If something is not on your Quote, it is not on your invoice.

5. Acceptance of a Quote

You accept a Quote by signing it (physically or digitally), paying any agreed deposit, or confirming in writing (email or signed message). Once accepted, the Quote forms the contract between us, read together with these Terms.

6. Payment Terms

Deposit: Projects above AED 5,000 require a 30% deposit on acceptance of the Quote. Projects below AED 5,000 typically require no deposit.
Progress payment: For projects longer than 5 working days we may request a 40% interim payment at mid-point.
Final balance: Due on completion and your sign-off of the final walkthrough.
Accepted methods: Bank transfer, cash, major credit and debit cards. Invoicing on 30-day terms is available for approved commercial accounts.
Late payment: Invoices unpaid after 14 days incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, plus reasonable collection costs.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule at no cost with more than 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start.
Cancellations inside 48 hours incur a rescheduling fee equal to 10% of the Quote (minimum AED 250) because we have already blocked the crew and purchased materials.
Cancellations after materials are on site (paint mixed, supplies delivered) require reimbursement of materials cost plus the 10% fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a Project if circumstances at the Property create a genuine safety risk to our crew. In such cases any deposit paid is refunded in full, less materials already consumed.

8. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work:

All painting services carry a 1-year workmanship guarantee from handover date.
Specialty coatings additionally carry the manufacturer warranty (typically 5–10 years depending on the system and brand).

If a defect arises from our workmanship within the guarantee period, we will return and fix it at no cost to you. The guarantee does not cover: damage caused by impact or abrasion, paint failure caused by concealed water ingress or structural movement, normal wear and tear, or surfaces painted by a third party over our work.

9. Property Access & Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe access to the Property at the scheduled start time and for the full duration of the Project.
For apartments and buildings with access rules, you must either provide the access yourself or authorise us to coordinate directly with building management. We prepare the paperwork; you authorise the submission.
For NAKHEEL, EMAAR, TRAKHEES and similar developer communities, you authorise us to file any required NOCs, work permits and contractor registrations in your name as the Property owner or occupant.
You are responsible for securing valuables, sensitive documents and irreplaceable personal items before we arrive.

10. Liability

We carry public liability insurance to AED 10,000,000 per incident.
Our maximum liability for any Project is limited to the total amount paid by you for that Project, except where liability cannot be limited by UAE law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or purely economic loss, or for damage to concealed fittings, wiring or pipework where their location was not disclosed before the Project began.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the Property. We will photograph pre-existing damage before work begins and share the log with you.

11. Our Rights & Intellectual Property

All content on our website — text, images, designs, logos, branding — is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit it without written permission.
We may take photographs of our completed work for our portfolio, marketing and training. We will always exclude recognisable personal items. Tell us in writing at the start of the Project if you do not consent to photography.

12. Use of Our Website

You agree not to use our website to:

Transmit malicious software, phishing content or unsolicited communications.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
Scrape, copy or reproduce substantial parts of our content for commercial use.
Submit false or misleading information in contact forms or quote requests.

13. Dispute Resolution

Most disagreements are resolved in one phone call. If something cannot be resolved amicably:

Step 1 — Direct discussion: Contact our management team in writing. We will respond within 7 business days.
Step 2 — Mediation: If direct discussion does not resolve the issue, either party may request mediation through the Dubai Chamber of Commerce Mediation Centre.
Step 3 — Arbitration or Courts: Remaining disputes are resolved under UAE law, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the Courts of Dubai.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, supply-chain failure, fire, flood, or infrastructure outage. Where such an event occurs, we will notify you promptly and agree a revised schedule or, if necessary, refund the unused portion of your deposit.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate a Project in writing if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 14 days of a written notice. On termination, you pay for all Services delivered up to the termination date, and we return unused deposit amounts within 30 days.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you accept a Quote governs that Project. Material changes are notified on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

17. Entire Agreement

The accepted Quote, these Terms, and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between us regarding the Services and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
